Within the framework of concluding and executing such an agreement, subject to the data subject's prior consent, the Operator informs about the services provided, determines the level of German language proficiency, and offers participation in promotions, surveys, and studies conducted by the Operator.
3. My consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.

   collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; clarification (updating, modification); transfer (provision, access, distribution); retrieval; use; blocking; deletion; destruction; storage.

6. I am aware that the Operator stores personal data on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation. I am aware that cross-border transfer of personal data is necessary and occurs when the Operator uses the automated Olymp system, located on servers in Germany, which is used for storing and processing exam participant data.
